The Role Of Community Spaces In Young People’s Mental Health And Community Engagement Survey - CLOSING FRIDAY 5th August

4 August 2022

Locality, the national membership network for community organisations in England, in partnership with Power to Change, is currently undertaking a project to explore the role of community spaces in young people’s mental health and community engagement. This work is happening as part of our membership of the government’s VCSE health and wellbeing alliance and is being undertaken with the Office for Health Improvement and Dis

As part of this project, they have produced a survey for VCSE organisations who provide spaces, services or activities for young people between the ages of 11 and 25.

Access the survey here:

This survey will enable them to start building up a picture of community level provision of mental health support across England and in particular an idea of the role which community spaces (everything from community centres to parks) play in the delivery of these services. It will further help to understand the importance of these spaces in providing support and the types of impact they are having.

The survey is largely multiple choice, with opportunities to expand on answers and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. The survey will be open until Friday 5th August 2022.
