Are you someone who thrives on developing programmes of work with different communities? Do you want to use your skills and expertise to really make a difference and help support people living with cancer?  If so, this could be a great role for you.

Engagement Managers are key in transforming insight and data into action by developing programmes of work to meet the needs of people living with cancer and addressing Health Inequalities.  The role is home based and involves daily travel covering North and North West England in the normal course of the work and therefore a current valid driving licence is essential.  Some evening and out-of-hours work will also be required, and occasional overnight stays.

About you

As part of the North and North West geographic team you’ll put your excellent programme, stakeholder management, influencing skills into play to develop approaches that deliver great outcomes for people living with cancer.

Your drive and knowledge to implement a person-centred approach via co-production and co-design methodologies will help drive service development and service improvement.  You will bring experience of working with communities to develop community partnerships that innovate to meet the needs of people living with cancer and support the integration of services across all settings.

You can demonstrate the ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data to develop new initiatives and to report on outcomes, being confident to develop and take the lead on programmes of work geographically and UK wide.

Salary From: £40,000

Salary To: £44,000

Location: Home Based
