MIND - Halton

Mind Halton provide a range of services that aim to support people whose lives are affected by poor mental health that will enable the person to take control of their lives and as such provide a newly designed day service called Mind Halton Community Support Project and Counselling Project called Jigsaw. The Counselling Service aims to support people to begin to seek solutions within their own capacity and reconstruct their lives following the effects of life altering events such as loss, bereavement, divorce, abuse, domestic violence and child hood issues. The Community Support Project provides peer support groups, a befriending service and personal development courses
