Jayne joined VCA in 2009 as Outreach Worker for the St Helens LINk project. She became Engagement Officer for Healthwatch St Helens in 2013 then Engagement & Development Lead in 2016.

With a background in teaching, and coordinating a team of staff who supported students with learning difficulties and disabilities, Jayne has always had a particular interest in making sure that information circulated by Healthwatch St Helens is accessible to all. She previously led on coordinating and delivering training to the Enter & View team and on the development of the ‘Healthwatch St Helens Patient-friendly Practice Award’.

Jayne is committed to continuing the good work of Healthwatch St Helens and strengthening its reputation as a critical friend to service-providers in the borough.
