IT Computer Drop-in

Thursdays 9:30am-3:00pm | Paid

£1 per session. Drop in, no need to book. A supportive environment to support people with IT related matters such as help with using hardware or software packages e.g. internet, email, word processing, Excel, downloading music or digital pictures and on-line shopping. Also ideal ‘starter’ for anyone who has never used a computer to come and ‘have a go’ without the pressure of a full course.

Mixfit – Keep Fit

This Activity will restart from Thursday 20th May

Thursday 6.15 – 7.15pm. | Paid

Dance-based exercise class. First class free, £3.50 thereafter. All ages from 16 and all abilities catered for.

Move It or Lose It

Mondays – 10.30 – 11.30 a.m. | Paid

£4.00 per session. Easy to follow, seated and standing exercise classes for older people over 60.
