The Chrysalis Centre

We exist to support, empower and inspire women to reach their full potential. We are dedicated to achieving the highest standards to improve the lives of women through self-empowerment and self-belief. This offers benefits far beyond the individual women, enriching the lives of their families, the local community and ensuring the wellbeing of future generations. We provide a range of emotional support services to adults who identify as female including counselling, CBT, courses to help with confidence, anxiety and depression. We also offer groups to help with mental health and domestic abuse, a journey through grief bereavement programme, creative craft sessions and relaxation and wellbeing workshops.
