Alison has always worked in the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector, in a variety of roles for a range of organisations. Alison is a qualified teacher, youth worker, funding advisor and event manager.
Alison has been with our organisation for 13 years in a variety of training, development and research project roles. She has a wealth of knowledge about the strategic development of organisations, fundraising and volunteering, including funding workshops, developing business plans, policies, procedures, manuals, training etc.

 Alison’s Key Achievements Include Developing:

•    Bud to Bloom (volunteer management toolkit) as part of a sub-regional research project
•    Talk to Us, a local research project exploring attitudes and knowledge about mental health 
•    Develop IT  (organisation development toolkit)
