Men Helping Men- Talking Group

Delivered by Momos Cafe CIC | First Monday of month 19.30 to 21.00 | Free

For all men struggling with their mental health. Group is for men to talk to other men in the same or similar position, make new friends and find a good support network. Guest speakers and talking sessions, with the occasional bit of gaming.
